Grubby's Cleaning Terms & Conditions

Your appointment is very important to Grubby's, as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

24-Hour Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Since the time slot you booked is reserved specifically for you, a Cancellation fee will apply as follows:

  • If we receive less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • If we are unable to access your home in order to provide our services (e.g., keys or door code not available), you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

This Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our other wait list customers of any availability, as well as keeping our Grubby's Clean Team schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Confirmation Reminders

As a courtesy, we will send an automated confirmation notification two days prior to your booking. However, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any cancellation fees.
